Primary Description: 
Colorless glass; blown, hot-worked, applied, cut. Vase with circular foot that has cut starburst on base and shallow terraces on top with band of cut facets around top edge, stem with facet-cut flatted knop, ovoid body with cut intersecting diagonal lines, conical neck with cut intersecting diagonal lines on lower portion and panel-cut upper portion with bands of cut horizontal lines, and wide flared and folded rim with scalloped edge with cut fan motif and cut intersecting diagonal lines on top.
