Primary Description: 
Streaky purple glass; cast and pate-de-verre. Rectangular tapering to square neck, flat polished rim; vessel tapers inward at base; legs act as two parallel "cradles" enclosing and suspending the vase but cast as one with entire object; very bubbly glass with deeper shades of purple in predominantly vertical streaks. Marked on base "078A"; lozenge shape insignia stamped on side (illegible, possibly "...AD...").
