Primary Description:

Smoky transparent glass, bronze (?), gilding; blown, gilded, assembled. Straight-sided oval vase of smoky transparent glass with "japonisme"-style gilded decoration consisting of four tall bamboo shoots, one grouping of tigerlilies, and two birds in flight; band of gilded hatched decoration at top and bottom of vase; rim gilded. Vase securely mounted on gilded-bronze(?) metal stand with four feet decorated with flowers.
