Conical bowl with fire-polished, gilded rim; encircled four times with thin thread of colorless glass at two-thirds height; molded vertical ribbing at base, pinched together in twos; thin merese at top of hollow, twisted mold-blown stem (16 ribs), with short true baluster above two ball knops, and tapered inverted baluster at base; two applied blue ear-shaped wings with trailed and pincered colorless glass band, with projection at top, and curled lower terminal; joined by glue-bit to circular, sloping foot with gilded rim; pontil mark.
