Primary Description: 
Clear lead glass; blown, cut and engraved. Solid conical slightly curved foot with rough pontil mark, solid straight-sided faceted stem slightly flaring to slender deep funnel bowl; below rim an ornamental border consisting of vertical dashes with schematized leaf sprays on top and bordered at the bottom by a horizontal line.
