Jeremy Unterman

Jeremy Unterman began working with glass in 1999 and enjoys exploring a varied assortment of glassmaking techniques.  He earned a BFA from the Tyler School of Art and is currently the Technical Team Leader at The Studio.

“While teaching I encourage a relaxed yet focused and dedicated approach to the material. Glassmaking is a fun form of creativity and self-expression. I feel that this is philosophy is reflected in my work as well as teaching practice.”

Jeremy’s role as the Technical Team Leader at The Studio has given him a great appreciation of glassmaking in all its varieties. His creations aim to please, challenge, and even sometimes pose questions to the viewer’s aesthetic appeal.
