Biography: Lianne Uesato

Lianne Uesato is an Associate Conservator at the Corning Museum of Glass (CMoG), where she focuses on the care of modern and contemporary objects. Though primarily interested in glass, she has worked with a range of materials in private practices and museums of different sizes. She draws on this variety of experience to explore the evolving role of a conservator in institutional and professional contexts. Lianne holds an M.A. in Art Conservation from Buffalo State College and a B.A. in Art History from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa.
