With an intense focus on color chemistry and melting practice, this goblet-making workshop will provide students with regular opportunities to hone their glassblowing skills. Students will mix and melt a series of colors to gather directly out of the furnace for goblet-making. Students may record color recipes for future personal use. The class will also utilize the Museum’s collection and the Rakow Research Library for research and inspiration. Two years of glassblowing experience are required.
