Why paint out of a tube when you can mix your own colors? The same concept goes for glass.

In this class, we'll make our own shades by mixing glass and discuss opacity, transparency and ways to achieve variations. Students will work with clay to create relief forms and learn about mold making, glass movement, and color application. In the tradition of Art Nouveau, glass powders are painted into molds as a painter would on canvas, resulting in opaque and translucent castings.

All skill levels are welcome.
