Conversations with Tina Oldknow: Collecting for The Corning Museum of Glass
This event has been canceled. Please call 607.438.5600 with any questions.
Tina Oldknow, the Museum’s curator of modern glass, will share images and information about works she has acquired for the Museum’s collection over the past 12 years. She’ll provide details about the pieces, discuss why they were chosen as acquisitions, and answer questions about the works.
The Museum presents a new Conversations lecture series exclusively for Ennion Society members and members at the Supporting and Patron levels ($250+).
Conversations is a series of engaging and informative one-hour talks presented in an intimate, informal setting. Enjoy a short presentation by Museum staff and other experts and then ask questions and join in the discussion.
Space is limited to 30 participants and an RSVP is required by Wednesday, September 26. Please contact Miriam Martinez at [email protected] or call 607.438.5600 to RSVP.
Presentations take place in The Studio’s Lecture Room (across the parking lot from the Museum’s main building). The Conversations last one hour and are presented 11am–12pm.
Coffee will be served.
