March 2300°

Ready to warm up and get out of the house? We’ve got the answer for you! Come on out to 2300° to shake off the winter snow and heat things up a few notches.

At 2300° Fahrenheit, hot glass gets interesting—and so do things at The Corning Museum of Glass. Enjoy glassmaking demonstrations, live music, and great food and drink. Free and open to the public.

Live Glassmaking Demonstrations by Dane Jack and Megan Mathie
Things have been known to get hot–really hot–during our 2300° glassmaking demonstrations! Watch live as Dane Jack and Megan Mathie, two veteran glassblowers, show off their unique skills and artistry in the Amphitheater Hot Shop.

Live Music featuring the Red Hot Chilli Pipers
Could it get any better than a rockin’ bagpipe band on Saint Patrick’s Day? Not likely! The Red Hot Chilli Pipers will bring “bagrock” to the stage featuring a fusion of traditional Scottish music, contemporary pop/rock sounds, and some major bagpipe attitude. You won’t want to miss this!
