Dr. Freyja Hartzell, associate professor at Bard Graduate Center in New York, is participating in the David Whitehouse Research Residency for Scholars July 29 through August 9. Listen to her discuss her research during this informal lecture on August 8.

During her residency at the Rakow Research Library, Dr. Hartzell is researching the material and conceptual aspects of transparency in design and their political implications for international modernism.
