Notes: 
Design is of arched stained glass window with open book with dangling bookmarks in center and large flower at top. Design is in shades of pink, green, gold, and blue. "In memoriam" is written in pencil on plaque in lower portion of design.
Lower left corner of board tattered and torn.
"E. Montross, painters supplies, artists materials. Sixth Avenue, New York City" -- stamped in black on in upper left corner of verso.
White label with "Booth's Art Stained Glass Works, 67 Franklin Street, Buffalo, N. Y." written in black affixed to verso. "1030" -- written in black ink on label.
A penciled in number appears to have been written on lower right corner of verso, though corner has been torn rendering number illegible.
