"This design no. ___ is the property of and must be returned to Geo. M. Booth, Queen [City] Stained Glass Works, 67 Franklin St., Buffalo, N. Y." -- stamped in purple ink below pane. "152" -- written in black ink in space left for design number.
"41" -- penciled in on lower right corner of verso.
