Arched window with two circular panes at top, three arched panes in middle, and three rectangular panes at bottom. The two panes on right, one arched and one rectangular, are vacant. Design is in shades of green, blue, speach, red, and brown.
"This design no. 451 is the property of and must be returned to Geo. M. Booth, Queen City Stained Glass Works. 67 Franklin St., Buffalo, N.Y." -- stamped in purple ink below design. "451" -- written in black ink.
"87" -- penciled in on lower right corner of verso.
