Designs are mounted on light grey board; each window is 32 x 10 cm.
Design features two separate window designs. Window on the left, 461, features intricate patterns on nine windows with blue as primary color theme. This window is comprised of four tall rectangular window panes, two tall, arched rectangular window panes, one circular window pane at top flanked by smaller window panes. Window on right, 462, is identical in structure to window on left. This one also features intricate patterns on nine windows with light blue and yellow as primary color theme.
"This design no. [461] is the property of and must be returned to Geo. M. Booth, Queen City Stained Glass Works" -- stamped in purple under window on left; "461" -- written in black ink. "This design no. [462] is the property of and must be returned to Geo. M. Booth, Queen City Stained Glass Works" -- stamped in purple under window on right; "462" -- written in black ink.
White label with "Booth's Art Stained Glass Works, 67 Franklin Street, Buffalo, N. Y." printed in black ink affixed to verso. "461-462" -- written in black ink on label.
