Notes: 
Design is mounted on board verso; window cut in tan board to reveal design. Dimensions including board are 44 x 36 cm.
Design features four tall, arched at top, rectangular window panes that take up majority of window; two crescent-shaped panes are featured above the rectangular ones and a circular window is in upper center with six-point star. Two globes are featured at top of the two center rectangular panes. Design is in shades of light pink, blue, yellow, green, and brown. "In Memoriam Catherine G. Dorr" -- designed in plaque along bottom of window. Simple border is penciled on board around window.
"No 484" -- penciled in on board below lower right corner of design.
White label with "Booth's Art Stained Glass Works, 67 Franklin Street, Buffalo, N. Y." printed in black ink affixed to verso. "484" -- written in black ink on label.
"96" -- penciled in on lower right corner of board verso.
