Design features two tall, rectangular windows with arched window above. Rectangular window on left is mostly vacant with only pencil design. The other two windows have flower and leave borders with geometric design on window interior. Design is in shades of green, pink, brown, and blue.

Mat board has been cut to reveal three windows; paper attached to verso.
"This design no. [820] is the property of and must be returned to Booth's Art Stained Glass Works" -- stamped in purple on verso. "820" is written in black ink.
