Design features dove in center of tall, arched rectangular window in shades of blue, green, pink, purple, and yellow.
"844" -- penciled in under design.
White label with "Booth's Art Stained Glass Works, 67 Franklin Street, Buffalo, N. Y." printed in black ink affixed to verso. "844" -- written in black ink on label.
"Special design for the M. E. Church, Bath, N.Y., side windows A." -- penciled in on paper verso.
