Dimensions including board are 36 x 28 cm.
Design is of stained glass window with six panes: three tall, arched panes below and three diamond-shaped smaller panes above with single flower in each. Right lower pane is vacant. Design is in shades of yellow, maroon, green, blue, and brown. Design is mounted from board verso with six panes cut away for display. White border drawn on grey board.
"# 873" -- written on board in white watercolor.
White label with "Booth's Art Stained Glass Works, 67 Franklin St., Buffalo, N. Y." in black affixed to verso. "873" -- written in black ink on label.
"Grace ME Ch Tonawanda" -- penciled in on upper edge of verso mounted on board verso.
"71" -- penciled in on lower right corner of verso mounted on board verso.
Stain on upper right corner of board verso, probably remnants of label adhesive.
