The card contains the following text "La Fabrique de verres de Son Illustrissime le comte de Harrach à Neuwelt en Bohème, département Jic̀ín, se recommande en toutes sortes de crystal, en services coloré et brillantés à desserts, à table et à boire, en candelabres, girandoles et en vases à fleurs, et d'autres articles de luxe et des nippes, en sorte moyenne, comme en toutes sortes de pierres à lustres, en tasses à lampes, aux prix les plus raisonnables." and has four seals for Vienna, London, Berlin and Munich.
Handwritten notations, probably an address, in middle on verso including "Paris".
The Count Harrach family owned this glass factory from 1763 - 1943.
