This is a videotape of three identical lectures (each approx. 21 min.) presented by David Whitehouse to guests at the members' opening of The Corning Museum of Glass special exhibition on April 19, 1991. Whitehouse gives a brief introduction of the involvement of the Blaschkas in making glass models of invertebrates, plants, and flowers. Emphasis is also made on the part that the Harvard Museum played in the Blaschkas production of botanical plant models.
