This show is one in a series on antiques, hosted by Marilyn Hart, featuring Mary Hade Luttrell, niece of Carl Fauster and president of the American Cut Glass Association in 1982. Mrs. Luttrell discusses the growth in popularity of cut glass in the United States from 1876 to the early 20th century. The emphasis is on the brilliant cut glass made by Libbey, with some discussion of patterns, quality, signatures, and cased/colored ware.
