This film begins with a brief history of the studio glass movement including Pilchuck's involvement, and continues with visits to glass artists working in their studio. Artists discuss basic information about various glassworking techniques, including blown, fused, cast, painted graal, lampworked and sandblasted glass. They also discuss designing, the use of color, and equipment used to shape and mold glass. Includes a section on collecting at the end.
