Batch book.
Small flip-up dark green or black notebook with hinge at top; nearly detached cover. Only the first 20 pages and the very last page have been used. The last page has a sketch of a tall vase. Back cover has a pocket which contains 2 folded sheets of recipes.
Begins with "Harry Northwood, November 1901, left London for New York Nov. 4th 1901...". One loose, unnamed recipe dated Feb. 12, 1917. The other sheet has recipes for Cane green and threading green for alpine; these same recipes appear on p. 10.
