Ledger book containing a numbered list of colors on the left leaf and old numbers on the right leaf. Copy 1 is a gray cloth bound book; entries 1-336 are in red ink; 337-451 are in pencil. "New combinations" (10 pages) are entered in between colors 443 and 444. The back half of the ledger is unused. Number 6 written on masking tape on back of cover of c. 1. Copy 2 contains entries 1-429, mostly the same as c. 1. It appears that c. 2 was transcribed from either c. 1 or another source; the page with entries 48-55 was skipped. C. 2 has 13 written on masking tape on back cover.

The handwriting appears to be that of J.J. Dandoy.
C. 1 #154 and #155 have been changed to #247 and #248, 311 (different from the #311 in correct chronological order); c. 2 has blank entries for #247-#248. Both copies have #213-216 out of order on the page. C. 1 #241 is written between #335 and #336; c. 2 #241 is blank. C. 1 lacks #283; c. 2 #283 is blank. C. 1 #292 is written between #337 and #338; c. 2 #292 is blank. C. 1 #299 is followed by #345, 300 which is different than #300 (written between #305 and #306) and #345 in correct chronological order; c. 2 has #300 in the proper order. Both copies have #302 listed twice. C. 1 has #277 1/2 written between #311 and #312, #330 1/2 written between #328 and #329, and #368 written between #361 and #363 (no #362); c. 2 #362 is blank. C. 1 has a separate and different #290 written between #400 and #401 and separate and different #401-#405 written between #408 and #409.
