Print is hinged along upper edge of white mat board; dimensions including mat are 36 x 29 cm.
Engraving depicts two men installing a window from exterior of building; one man is standing, with tools in hand, while other man is bent over, reaching for pane inside box. A woman is retrieving water from well in background. Text, in German, printed below engraving.
"Vitrier" penciled in along lower edge.
"17th" penciled in along lower edge of verso.
This engraving is located in Print Box A8, print no. 841.
Engraving can probably be attributed to Jan (Luyken) Luiken.
Probably cleaned by Carolyn Horton in 1974 as evidenced by "Horton" penciled in along lower edge of verso. Evidence of repair work on lower right corner.
