Title taken from: Oil lamps : the kerosene era in North America, by Catherine Thuro, c1976 (BIB 19516, NK6196 .T54).
Kerosene lamp, appears to have been manufactured according to the July 11, 1881 patent, however it is embossed with the date July 18, 1871 on the drip depression, the wavy design was made by the plunger during the pressing process, measure eleven and one half inches. Text on p. 115.
