This film documents the work of 78 glass artists from 18 countries, who attended the second International Glass Symposium in Novy Bor in 1985.. Artists are seen blowing, working with hot glass, and finishing objects. Several of the artists comment on the symposium, but neither speakers nor artists are identified. For a review of the symposium and the participants, consult GLASS REVIEW [Czech], no. 3, 1986.
