Letterhead, presumably for billhead, of James Hartley & Co. in Sunderland, England. Central image features the James Hartley & Co. glassworks. Two first class prize medals are featured on each side of the glassworks image; one of the medals features Victoria and Albert. Letterhead may have been a test print or the remainder of the billhead may have been cut off.
