This television program is primarily a documentary about Hans Gottfried von Stockhausen's creation of the stained glass window for St. David's Hall, Cardiff, Wales. The window was designed by Hans Gottfried von Stockhausen, and made in Frantz Mayer'sche Hofkunstanstalt, Munich. Stockhausen discusses his use of glass, and the preparation for the making of the window. The film also provides general information about Stockhausen--his life and work in other media.
