Title provided by CMGL.
Glass artist, Kurt Wallstab.
Filmed in Kurt Wallstab's studio in Grienehin, near Darmstadt, Germany.
An amateur filming, made in Kurt Wallstab's glass studio, in Grienehin, Germany. His lampworking techniques including the montage technique, with opposing spirals, are demonstrated as he makes an object which was later given to the Corning Museum of Glass.
DVD.
CMGL owns a video very similar to this, probably produced around the same time. That film is narrated in English (BIB#62011).
Unknown production date of this film, originally thought to have been produced in the 1970's. At one point in this film, posters from Wallstab's past exhibits are shown hanging on the wall, one clearly shows a date of 1979, which would most likely make the production of this film sometime after that.
