Notes:
Watercolor is mounted within cardstock frame with verso visible; dimensions of frame are 28 x 40 cm. Watercolor is also matted inside light blue mat with gold and blue borders; dimensions of mat are 34 x 45 cm.
Watercolor includes four vignettes, each featuring separate landscape scenes. Vignette on left features building and tree; vignette on right features trunk of tree with braches extending from side; vignette at top features obelisk; and vignette in center is larger and features farmhouse at right and another home upon hill, a tree is in foreground. Each vignette is within a cartouche formed of trailing foliage in blue, incorporating sprays of roses, forget-me-nots, and honeysuckle.
"Top" penciled in along upper edge of verso; "26" penciled in on lower right corner of verso.
