First half of the book illustrates in ink and pencil various cut glass wares and patterns (approx. 100 p.). Language appears to be German, but handwriting is difficult to read. Second half is in French and contains volume figures for cut logs (approx. 60 p.), followed by approx. 50 blank pages.

Marienthal/Slavonien is mentioned in Das Böhmische Glas 1700-1950, Bd. 3 (p. 137). The glassworks was in an area of Bohemia that is now Croatia.
