Ohio glass works of the 19th century archive.
Includes a collection of legal documents relating aMantua Glass Co. lawsuit from 1824-1825, as well as a journal of Dudley Williams begun in 1802 that mentions the prospect of opening a glass factory in the city of Franklin (now Kent) in 1820. Dudley Williams was a supplier of raw materials to several of the early producers of glass in Kent.
Due to their age these materials are fragile and should be handled sparingly and with great care.
