Small pocket ledger with black leather binding. Written in a different hand than the other Dithridge batch books, assumed to be that of Edward Dithridge, 1804-1873. Many misspellings and uncrossed t's. Several blank pages with unnumbered recipes and notes interspersed. Interior pocket contains 1 folded, unidentified recipe.
