Print is of a publican, the manager of a pub, smoking pipe, in costume made of various objects associated with drinking alcohol. His hat is an upside down ceramic jug, his neck a tin mug, his arms and hands various bottles, jugs, and goblets, his torso a brown stout barrel made of wood, his thighs rum and gin barrels made of wood, his calves glass bottles, and his feet corkscrews. Buildings are in background.
