Dwight Lanmon, Director, The Corning Museum of Glass ; David Adams, Assistant Professor, Art History, University of Nevada ; Juliette Rakow, collector and Fellow of The Corning Museum of Glass.
Filmed at the 29th annual Seminar on Glass in the auditorium at The Corning Museum of Glass, 1989.
David Adams presents an overview of the stained glass, mural paintings, and glass mosaics of J. & R. Lamb Studios, including the work of Charles Lamb from the mid 1860s to 1928.
Juliette Rakow's anecdotal lecture details the start of the Rakow collection of cameo glass and its growth, including Portland Vase copies.
