CMGL c. 9 (in Steuben collection) has "Desk copy" handwritten in pencil and a label applied with "Spring 1960" handwritten in red ink.
CMGL c. 10 (in Steuben collection) has 1960 handwritten in blue ink on applied label. Although unrelated to Steuben, p. [2] of cover has a handwritten alphabetic list of each state. Alabama says "Nixon", Oregon says "Hatfield" - some of the others simply say "Passes".
