David McDermott has 40 years of glassworking experience, predominately working with leaded glass in Sandwich, MA. He has handcrafted custom glass for the Metropolitan Museum of Art, in New York City, the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, the film industry, and for many heads of state. For the last 10 years he has operated McDermott Glass Studio with his wife Yukimi Matsumoto in Sandwich, MA.
