Design is of stained glass window with three panes; center pane is arched at top and taller than two rectangular panes on either side. Center pane has harp-like instrument in center; pane on left has scroll in upper portion and pane on right has lamp in upper portion. Design has bluish grey border and is mounted on tan board.
"Booth Art Glass Co., scale 1 in. = 1 foot, Buffalo, N. Y." -- penciled in below design.
Notations penciled in to left of design.
