Booklet compiled to commemorate the celebration of The General's 75th birthday, Mamie's 69th birthday and their golden wedding anniversary, upon which occasion they were presented with a gold flower bowl on October 27, 1965 by their friends.
The booklet includes a description and photo. of the bowl; a listing of Eisenhower residences from 1916-; a list of the donors who contributed toward the gift, including Mr. and Mrs. Amory Houghton; and a thank you note from the Eisenhowers.
Green leather cover has monogram-style M&D E embossed in gold in the center, with the initials A.H. [Amory Houghton] stamped in gold in the lower right corner.
