Summer Youth Tours

Bring your camp group, daycare, or youth group to The Corning Museum of Glass for summer fun. Through gallery games and hands-on learning, our specially trained staff will take youth in grades Pre-K to college on a journey to discover the wonderful (and sometimes wacky!) world of glass.

Available late June through August. Tours take place daily.

Summer Youth Tours: Learning to Look

This summer, young visitors will explore Museum galleries and look closely at glass in new and exciting ways. Through interactive games, children will compare shapes, search for surprising details, describe artistic elements, and consider sources of inspiration. A Hot Glass Demo will be included in the visit.

When: Available late June through August. Guided tours take place daily between 9:30 am and 2:30 pm and last approximately 1½ hours.

Cost: Free for kids and teens 17 and under. One adult is admitted free with every 10 children. Additional adults are charged regular admission.

Little Gather Performances

Special Little Gather performances – Just for groups. Join us at 9:30 am select Wednesdays in July and August for special performances and storytimes. Additional Programs

Fuse a Summer Memory. Hands-on glass projects are available for summer groups. When completing the online pre-registration form for your tour, check that you are interested in hands-on activities or be sure to ask for more information when you call. Fees apply.

Need Lunch?

Kids’ Meals are available by special order. Orders must be received two weeks prior to visit.
